PRIVACY POLICY

According to Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, we hereby inform users that all personal data provided by them are handled in an automated way for their subsequent inclusion in a file within a safe computer environment, registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

The responsible entity for such file is Madrid Centro Financiero, with registered offices at Calle José Abascal 56, in Madrid 28003 (Spain) and Spanish Tax ID number (C.I.F.) G-85081222, for the purpose of exercising the rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose established by the law.

The person that registers in the website thereby expressly authorizes Madrid Centro Financiero to include in a file the personal data contained in the aforementioned fields since they are necessary for the appropriate provision of its services. Likewise, the communication of such data to third parties is expressly authorized whenever this is necessary for the appropriate delivery of the services that may be hired.

The purpose of the files is to obtain minimal personal data to allow identification of the natural person that requests the different services of the Portal in order to formalize the contractual relationship, whenever this has been established so, and the possibility to adapt the Portal’s services to the profile expressed by the user in the Registration Form, as well as to create a community of users of the Portal.

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on the Information Society Services and e-Commerce, Madrid Network hereby informs you that the bulletins that will be sent to users by e-mail may attach commercial information (the word “publicity” shall appear clearly at the top of the bulletin, as the case may be), and the user shall have the option to reject such service, by replying to the message received including in the subject: CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. Or else by sending an e-mail to: info@madridfinancialcentre.org and expressing its right to cancel such service.

Personal data shall not be used for any purpose other than those for which the users have given their consent.

COOKIES

Cookies are used within the Portal when a user browses the websites and pages of the Portal. Our cookies are only linked with an anonymous user and his/her computer, and do not provide any references which may allow to deduct the first name and family name of the user. The Portal’s cookies cannot read data from your hard disk nor read cookie files created by other providers. Thanks to the cookies, it is possible to recognize registered users after they have registered for the first time, without them having to register again at each new visit in order to access the areas and services exclusively reserved for them. Users have the possibility to configure their browser so that they get an on-screen alert when they receive cookies and to keep cookies from being stored in their hard drives.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Madrid Centro Financiero accepts no liability for the truthfulness of personal data collected in the registration form which may have been provided by minors or third parties, and consequently the entity reserves the right to cancel any service in relation with said users. 

Likewise, Madrid Centro Financiero reserves the right to modify the content of its Privacy Policy, subject to any legislative and technological changes that may render it necessary.

ACCEPTANCE

The use of portals owned by Madrid Centro Financiero implies acceptance of its Privacy Policy.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, hereby accept that the Spanish legislation shall rule this contract, and for the resolution of any dispute which may arise hereof, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
