5.- Applicable law, conciliation and jurisdiction:
This Legal Notice shall be ruled by and construed in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. 

In case of dispute, difficulty or controversy over any issue of this Legal Notice, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), as long as it is not contrary to the legislation in force.
